8.02 Create and manage contacts

  • Create contact


Contacts can be created on 2 ways:


  1. Via the + button on top of your screen
  2. Via the contact tab on the left of your screen and then "contact aanmaken"




When adding a contact you can fill in multiple details:


  • You can add a label to the contact
  • Multiple contact details can be introduced (name, language etc.)
  • An address can be linked to the contact




When you filled in all details you need to save (or cancel)



  • Edit contacts


When clicking on 'contacten' in the menu bar on the left, you have an overview of all your submitted contacts. Via the 'acties' column you can combine or remove contacts via the 3 dots. Via the arrow you go into the detail of the contact.



When you reach the details of the contact you can edit, change/add labels and remove. You can also link documents and see to which buildings the contact is linked.
