- User: personal login for a user
- Team: your company has a team and can include multiple users. You can collaborate with your team members (assign tasks etc)
- Building: an object, building
- HOA: you can link a building to a HOA (home owners association). 1 HOA can include multiple buildings. If you manage a HOA you need to create HOA linked to a building
