1.14 Provision settings

In Vera, provision settings can be managed for the purpose of requesting provisions for a certain type of capital. To do so, follow the following steps:


  1. Go to the team settings and select the tab Financial.
  2. Scroll towards the Provision settings box & click the add button to create new settings.
  3. Select a provision type.
  4. Select a general ledger account.
  5. Select the option to use the standard current account or standard savings account if desired.
  6. Add a description.
  7. Click Save.



The standard accounts we use are:

  • Workcapital - 701000
  • Fixed workcapital - 410100
  • Reserveapital - 410000
