In Vera it's recommended to configure when the office is closed & when it's open. We also recommend to configure holidays or other days when the office is closed.
Vera contains several of automated processes that generates tasks for the users. When the closing days are configured, the task service can take that into account when scheduling or snoozing new tasks.
To configure workdays & closing periods:
- Go to teamsettings and select the "common" tab.
- To configure the workdays you can toggle the weekday buttons in the "workdays" card
- To configure the closing periods you can select days or day ranges in the "closing period" card.
