Vera offers several integrations via API, including the integration of your mailboxes & linked calendars.
This integration offers benefits such as:
- The ability to manage your mailboxes & calendars, without having to open another application.
- The possibility to use the OCR integration (a linked mailbox, e.g. invoicing@, is required for this).
- The possibility to make optimal use of the case management module (e.g. send e-mails from cases, have replies automatically linked to the correct case, transform e-mails into cases, etc.).
For personal mailboxes and calendars, take the steps explained in:
For team-related mailboxes & calendars (mailboxes & calendars that must be accessible to all users within your team e.g. info@, management@, syndic@, etc.) take the following steps:
- Go to the team settings and select the tab Communication.
- Scroll towards the E-mail accounts box & click the button to add a mailbox.
- Log in using the correct email address & password.
- Click the cross in the Automatically link emails to cases column to enable this feature if desired.
- Scroll further towards the Calendars box & click the button to add a calendar.
- Select the email account the calendar is linked to & select the calendar you wish to integrate.
- Select the calendar as default if desired & click Save.
