Vera offers several integrations via API, including the integration of your mailboxes & linked calendars.
This integration offers benefits such as:
- The ability to manage your mailboxes & calendars, without having to open another application.
- The possibility to use the OCR integration (a linked mailbox, e.g. invoicing@, is required for this).
- The possibility to make optimal use of the case management module (e.g. send e-mails from cases, have replies automatically linked to the correct case, transform e-mails into cases, etc.).
For team-related calendars, take the steps explained in:
For personal calendars (calendars that must be accessible only to the user linking them) take the following steps:
- Go to the user settings and select the tab Calendars.
- Click the button to add a calendar.
- Select the email account the calendar is linked to & select the calendar you wish to integrate.
- Select the calendar as default if desired & click Save.
