1.08 Manage task types

As a property manager your tasklist will be the guide for you day-to-day work. 

Tasks can be created manually or automatically by any trigger or process and can be assigned to anyone in your team. It is strongly advised to organise your tasks via "task types". 


This will allow you to group and filter your tasks so you can work efficient. 

To manage your task types: 

  1. Go to teamsettings &nd select the tab "Task types". 
  2. You will see a table that allows you to search, filter, edit, remove and add task types. 
  3. A task type contains these editabble properties
    1. Description
    2. Priority (low, medium or high)
    3. Days until due date.
      • When automatically created, the system will configure the task due date based on this setting
      • When a user manually creates a task, we will propose the duedate based on this setting
    4. Amount of days to Snooze
      • When the user snoozes a task, the due-date will be delayed with the amount of days configure in this setting.
      • Note that snoozing will take the workdays & closing periods into account. 


Some task types will have this icon. This means that the tasktype is a system task type so it cannot be removed.
