In Vera you can make reports for each HOA, this way you get an excellent overview of all your data and you can easily share everything with your co-owners.
To create a report, click on the three dot action button at the top right and select 'Create report', this will open a new modal.
On this screen you can define and tweak which report you want to draw. First, choose the following:
- Type (general or individual)
- Bookyear
- Period
- Language
Now move the items you would like to create a report for, from the left to the right column by clicking the arrows in the middle.
Once you have everything you want, click on the 'Save' button.
To view the status of your report, go to the tab 'Documents' and scroll down to 'Overviews'. Here you will be able to see every report you've made with the status, type and date shown. Here you'll also see a download button to save the report.
Know that the reports you make will also show in the document modal above, from the document modal you can email them to your co-owners or choose to show them on the owner portal.
