After you have created your responsibilities in your teamsettings you can start linking users to a certain responsibility for a HOA. This will be very usefull to automatically assign tasks to the correct administrator. For example : in teamsettings inside meeting templates you have assigned the responsibility « Administrator » to a task that is linked to a meeting. When a meeting is created, Vera will look at what responsibility is linked to the task and automatically take the administrator that is linked to the related responsibility on HOA level. Using this functionality in a correct way will drastically improve your efficiency.
To add responsibilities on a HOA please follow the next steps :
- Go to buildings
- Open a building
- Click on the button « HOA Management »
- You will automatically see the tab « Settings »
- The card for responsibilities is located as the 2nd card on this page
- Click on the plus to create new responsibilities and fill in following information
- Teamuser : select a user that belongs to your team in Vera
- Responsibilities : select a responsibility that has been created from inside your teamsettings.
