Create a case
A case can be everything: maintenance of the elevator, general enquiries, accounting tasks, preparation for a general assembly etc.
You create the case by clicking the '+' on top of your screen and then select 'Case'
After clicking the + a popup emerges where you fill in the variables of the case.
The variables
- Main case template: you can select case templates which already include specific suppliers, tasks etc
- Building: you select the building for which you want manage a case
- Requestor: who initiated the case? For example the co-owner who informs you about a non-functional elevator
- Clients: the client co-owners that are implied in the case
- Description: description of the case
- Channel: how did the new case get to you (e.g. by call, by email,...)
- Priority: does the case need a higher priority management?
- Classification: which classification does the case have? Classifications can be managed via the team settings
- Handlers: who is responsible to handle the case?
- Add task: you can directly add tasks (to do's) when the case is created
- Open the case when you complete filling in the variables
