In Vera, recurring & manual case templates can be created to save time within the case management module. Recurring case templates are intended to let the software create recurring cases for you, while manual case templates are intended to save time when manually creating a case, explained in 9.01 Create a case. To configure these templates, follow the next steps:
Recurring case templates
- Go to the team settings and select the tab Case.
- Scroll towards the Templates for recurring cases box & click the add button to create a:
- Main case template(This main template is used to simplify the creation of recurring templates)
- Select a priority.
- Add a description.
- Select a classification type if desired.
- Select a requestor.
- Select involved parties if desired.
- Add appointment(s), task(s), note(s) & document(s) if desired.
- Click Add.
- Recurring case template
- Select a main case template if desired. (second line)
- Select/chance the priority if needed.
- Add a description.
- Add a repetition.
- Select/change the classification type if needed.
- Select/change the requestor if needed.
- Select/change involved parties if needed.
- Add one or more buildings.
- Add one or more case managers.
- Add/change appointment(s), task(s), note(s) & document(s) if needed.
- Click Add.

Manual case templates
- Go to the team settings and select the tab Case.
- Scroll towards the Templates for manual cases box & click the button to create a manual case template.
- Select a priority.
- Add a description.
- Select a classification type if desired.
- Select a requestor if desired.
- Select involved parties if desired.
- Select one or more case managers.
- Add appointment(s), task(s), note(s) & document(s) if desired.
- Click Add.
