4.01 Create new meeting

If all team settings are correctly configured, you can start creating meetings for a HOA. Please check following manual to create your templates: 


  1. Click on "Buildings" 
  2. Open the relevant building
  3.  Choose "HOA Management" 
  4. Select the "Meetings" menu at the top 
  5. Click on the plus sign in the meetings title card *(1)
  6. Fill in the necessary information: *(2)
    1. Type: Here, you can select a type that has been created in the team settings 
    2. Description: Choose a description for your meeting 
    3. Date: The date when the meeting takes place 
    4. Start time: The start time of the meeting 
    5. End time: The end time of the meeting 
    6. Distribution key: The distribution key to be used so that the system knows who should be present 
    7. Note: A free note that can be used as an additional information field 
    8. Nature: Choose between physical, online, or hybrid 
    9. Location: Choose a company here that will be used as the address or manually enter an address
  7. Click on save, and your meeting will be created.
