Keep in mind : You can predefine your agendapoints inside the teamsettings per meeting type! Please check this manual: 1.16 Manage meeting types.
If a meeting has been created you can add agendapoints by following these steps :
- Open a meeting
- Navigate to the card « Agendapoints ». Depending on the chosen type you should already see automatically created agendapoints here. Vera will automatically link the chosen division key on the meeting to the automatically created agendapoints.
- Click on the plus to add new agendapoints
- Fill in the necessary information
- Division key : This will be prefilled with the division key linked to the meeting but you can always choose a different division key. The division key is very important because this will determine who can vote on the linked agendapoint during the meeting.
- Description : The description of the agendapoint should be inputted here, this is free text.
- Standard text : The standard text will also appear during the meeting and will be displayed on the meeting report. You can always change this text during the meeting
- Documents : You have the option to link documents to an agendapoint that can be viewed during the meeting
- Sequence : When should the agendapoint be discussed in the meeting (in what order). You can choose between 1,2,3… but also 1.1, 1.2 1.3….
- Voting possibility : This will determine if voting is required for this agendapoint
- Majority : Option between
- 50% + 1
- 2/3
- 4/5
- Unanimous
- None
- Voting type : multiple choice / yes and no
- For multiple choice agendapoints you will have 5 options
