On top of the portal you will see 8 different menus. This manual will go more in depth about the first menu « News ».
The news overview is the first page that is being shown after logging in, this page consists of 2 sections.
Section 1 : Upcoming meetings
If a meeting has been put visible on the portal and the meeting is not yet finished, it will be visbile on the portal. Through this section the owner can register his or her attendance for the meeting. The possibility to send a procuration is also implemented here. Please visit manual XXXXX on how to register attendance and procurations.
Section 2 : News
This section can be used to inform owners about important information. To add new messages to the news section please follow the next steps :
- Navigate to « Buildings » in the left menu
- Open the0 building in question
- On the top right side you will see a QR-code, click the icon and a new sidebar will open
- Here you can enter a message of the day by filling in following information :
- Date from : When should the news be visible on the portal ?
- Date untill : Untill when should the news be visible on the portal ?
- Description (3 languages) : Describe your news
The news will automatically be put visible and deleted on the portal according to the inputted dates.
