5.1 Activating the building portal

Vera does not only think about how to make life easier of our property managers but we also engage to help make life easier of the owners. That is why we have created a portal where owners can login and follow up on important information. To make this possible we provide the property manager with a portal code that is linked to a contact or company. This portal code is automatically generated when a contact or company is linked to a building. The code can be found on contact and company level in the general information. 

The portal code can be compared with a license plate, the same structure is being used. The code can only be used 1 time and is strictly linked to the appropriate contact or company. Please follow the next steps to get started with the portal.

The owners should follow these steps : 

1. Navigate to https://building.keypoint.be. 
2. Click on the login button
3. Register an account by clicking on « Register »
   1. Fill in an e-mail and password
4. After succesfully registering your account, click on the login button
5. For the first time after logging in you will have to enter the portal code received by the property manager. 
6. Click on submit and now you will have full access to the portal
