This page can be viewed by navigating to the « Cases » menu in the navigation on top of the page. On this page the owners can view all the cases they are related to. There is a switch on top to navigate through the open and closed cases. Inside the open cases we show all the cases that have status open and underneath all the closed cases we show all the cases with status closed.
Following information is shown inside the card.
- Case Reference
- Case Status
- Case Description
- Case Administrator
- Creation date
There is also a « Watch details » button to view extra information concerning the case, this opens the public page.
On the public page the owner has the option to download documents, view notes and telephone calls. Via this way the owner can also communicate with the property manager by choosing to add a note. This note will automatically be added in the case and will trigger a task for the property manager.
Next to the tabs "Open" and "Closed" there is a plus button. This can be used by the co-owners to create a notification. Following information needs to be filled in:
- Apartment number: the co-owner has to specify for what apartment number the notification is being created.
- Classification: the co-owner can choose a created classification from inside the teamsettings of the property manager.
- Urgent: yes or no
- Problem description: description of the issue
- Image: the co-owner can add images for a more clear description of the issue.
After creating the notification, the case will be created inside Vera with the status "Pending". The property manager can than choose to accept or reject the case.
