If your bank is one of Octopus' partners (Octopus Accountancy Software | CODA-mandaten), you can request your CODA mandates and your CODA files will be imported automatically. To see how, check out the following article: 3.15 Creating CODA-mandates in Octopus

However, if your bank is not a partner, you will have to manually import your CODA's. To do this, follow the steps below.

First, open Octopus and click on 'Bank'. Here you will have two options, importing CODA's and iporting CODA's (multiple cases).

Importing CODA's (one case)

Select a file or a folder and click 'Open'.

Importing CODA's (multiple cases)

Before being able to import CODA's for multiple cases, we first have to link the IBAN numbers to the cases for each HOA. To do this, first go to 'Bank' -> 'Overview CODA-mandates'.

Click on 'Detail' and input your IBAN number and the case (HOA) that it applies to. Click 'Save'. Repeat this step for every IBAN/case.

Now you should be all good to import CODA's over multiple cases. Go back to 'Bank' -> 'Import CODA-files (multiple cases) and click on 'Select folder' -> 'Open'.
