1.17 Manage building portal

As a property manager you can place QR-codes in buildings so residents can scan them and easily contact you. These QR-tokens can be bought via [email protected]


Once QR-tokens have been assigned to your team you can link them to you buildings. To do so, go to "teamsettings" and select "building portal".



A QR-token is a stand alone entity & can be linked to any building. This means that you can link a token to another building after some time when you don't manage it anymore. Linking or unlinking a token to a building can be done via these icons: 


When a resident scans a token he will be redirected to a landing page related to the linked building that is accessible without logging in. Via that page he will see information you configure here. 



  • Classification.
    This is the default classification assigned to a cases submitted by residents via the building portal.

  • Phone number.
    This phonenumber will be displayed on the building portal so residents can call you. If you don't want residents to see your phone number you can leave it empty.

  • Emailaddress.
    This emailaddress will be displayed on the building portal.

  • Escalation.
    • When escallation is switched on the resident will have the option to select "urgent" when submitting a new request. This will result in a case with high priority so your users can pick it up before others.
    • It's also possible to provide an escallation phonenumber so residents can call you for emergencies.

  • Admins
    • When there is no administrator linked to your building the user selected as admin will be assigned to the new ticket. 


 


From this screen, you can also set which push messages can be sent to the owners. By default, these are all activated.
