7.02 Import buildings

In Vera you can upload your buildings via a csv file. In the import for buildings you will also find the import for units. 

1. Go to buildings
2. Navigate to the button « Import buildings » 
   1. Click on the blue button « Import buildings »
   2. A new modal with open up with instructions
   3. Please download the file to import your buildings
   4. Fill in the file 
   5. Upload the completed file

Columns :

• VAT number :        
  1. Please fill in the VAT number
  2. Vera will automatically format the VAT number without BE, spaces and dots
  3. If a HOA already exists with the same VAT number we will skip the import for that specific HOA
• HOA name :
  1. Name of the HOA, free text
• Building name :
  1. Name of the building, free text
• Address :
  1. Address of the building
• Postal code :
  1. Please fill in the postal code, Vera will automatically link the correct city
• Amount of building layers :
  1. How many layers does the building have ?
  2. Numbers
• Year of construction :
  1. Day / month / year 
  2. When was the building constructed ?
• IBAN current account :
  1. Please provide a valid IBAN or the import will fail
  2. If you want to import multiple IBANs, please use ; to separate
• IBAN savings account :
  1. Please provide a valid IBAN or the import will fail
  2. If you want to import multiple IBANs, please use ; to separate
• BIC current account :
  • Please provide a valid BIC, linked to the current account
  • If you want to import multiple BICs, please use ; to separate and use the correct order linked to the IBAN of the current accounts
• BIC savings account :
  • Please provide a valid BIC, linked to the savings account
  • If you want to import multiple BICs, please use ; to separate and use the correct order linked to the IBAN of the savings accounts.
• Unit :
  1. Registration number of the unit
• Unit type :
  1. Fill in one of the following codes :
     • Other = OTH
     • Appartment = APP
     • Garage = GAR
     • Basement = BAS
     • Parking lot= PAR
     • Shop = SHO
  2. The reason you have to fill in a code like APP is because we need a unique key to know what type of unit is being uploaded. Not everyone writes parking lot for example in the same way. By using codes Vera will exactly know what type of unit needs to be chosen.

  1. The floor the unit is based
