7.03 Import division keys

In Vera you can upload your division keys per HOA, please follow the next steps :

1. Go to buildings
2. Open a building
3. Navigate to the button « HOA management »
4. Navigate to the « Settings »
5. Navigate to the card « Division keys »
   1. Click on the blue button « Import division keys » 
   2. A new modal will open up with instructions
   3. Please download the file to import your divsion keys
   4. An example can also be found in this modal

Columns :

• Division key
  1. The division key 
• Description Dutch
  1. Description in Dutch of the division key
• Description French
  1. Description in French of the division key
• Description English
  1. Description in English of the division key
• Total
  1. Total amount of shares of the division key
• Unit
  1. The linked units that are a part of the division key
  2. Please use unique registration numbers for the same division key
• Share
  1. The shares per unit for this division key

Notes :

• If a division key has 10 linked units you will have to create 10 rows 
• You can simply copy paste the division key and description for 1 division key depending on how many units are linked
• If an import fails we will not upload anything, please make sure your import is 100% correct before uploading. 
• If an import has failed you can view the results in the history tab of the modal
