7.09 Importing your buildings and companies from Organimmo

Once you have integrated Organimmo in the team settings (7.07 Setting up Organimmo integration) and it is fully active, you can now begin to import your buildings and companies.

Important things to keep in mind to avoid duplications of buildings and companies!

For buildings: Buildings that already exist within Vera will be automatically linked if the building has the exact same name. If the name has an extra character in it, then it will be added as a new building, and you may have duplicate results. When adding buildings, there will also be looked at units per lot.

For companies: Companies will be added based on VAT number. If three companies exist within Organimmo with the same VAT number, then all three will be imported. 

To import your buildings/companies, navigate to the buildings/companies overview and click on the import button at the top right. This will open a popup.

Click on the 'Import building/company from Organimmo' button on the right, here you'll see an overview of all your buildings/companies from Organimmo. Only 50 will be shown at a time, but you can load more by scrolling down and clicking on the 'Load more...' button.

Buildings/companies in grey have already been imported, buildings/companies in blue haven't yet and are ready to be imported into Vera. Select the buildings/companies you want to import.

Once you have selected all the buildings/companies you want to import, click on 'Import .... buildings/companies'. Your buildings/companies will now be shown in the list on Vera.
