1.13 Configure the standard chart of accounts

Vera provides the ability to configure a standard chart of accounts that the user can easily import at building level. In this way, a lot of time can be saved when configuring buildings, explained in 8.04 Create and manage buildings. To configure the standard chart of accounts, follow the next steps:

1. Go to the team settings and select the tab Financial.
2. Scroll towards the Standard chart of accounts box & click the add button to create a new account.
3. Add a correct account number that consists of 6 digits.
4. Add a description (in 3 possible languages).
5. Click Save.
