3.12 Meter readings

In a HOA, you can add your meter reading settings. To do this, go to the tab 'Meter readings'.

To add a new meter reading setting, click on the '+' button, this will open a sidebar.

Here you can:

•  Select the type: water, gas, electricity or oil
• Add a description in Dutch, French and English
• Select the GLA
• Cancel or save

After adding the settings, you can scroll down to the next card and add meterreadings. To do this, click on the '+' button.

When the model opens, you will have a few selectors/textboxes to pick/enter values from/in, these are:

• Type selector
• Description
• Building selector
• Date
• GLA selector
• Amount to be divided

To create the division between your co-owners, click on the three dots on the right. This will automatically add a line for all units and the contacts linked to them. 

Here you will have to enter a starting saldo and an end saldo. The difference and the amount to be paid will be automatically calculated upon entering these values.

Once everything has been filled in, click on 'Save'. Later there will be an added functionality linked to the 'Book' button, where you'll be able to book this division straight from this model.
