3.14 Adding extra performances

In Vera you can add additional performances in a HOA to charge to your co-owners. To do this, follow the steps below.

First, open the tab 'syndic management' in your HOA and scroll down to the card additional performances. You'll see that this card consists of a table with the following columns/information:

• Description
• Unit
• Price
• Date
• Status
• Division key
• GLA

To add a new performance, click on the '+' button, this will open a new model. Here you'll have to fill in the following fields:

• HOA
• Contract
• Performance type
• Amount - unit - unit price - total - VAT % - date
• Description
• GLA
• Division key (there is also an option to use individual division)

Once filled, click save. Once saved, you can still edit the performance by clicking the pencil at the top right of the card.
