1.20 Create standard document structure

When setting up a new building/hoa, one of the steps is to import all your folders and documents. This is quite a repetitive when you have to repeat this step for multiple buildings. As a way out of this repetition, we have made it possible to create a standard document structure in de teamsettings. Once created, you can import this in every building with one click.

To create a standard document structure, navigate to the teamsettings, tab 'general' and scroll down all the way.

Here you'll see a document component where you can create all necessary folders.

Once created, navigate to a building where you'd like to import the folders (in a building or hoa) and click on the downwards arrow to import the folders.
