Before importing the insurance policies, you'll have to make up the brio+ or csv template. What files do you need?

  1. If you work with BRIO+, then download the brioPolisSelectie and BRIO manual attachments.
  2. If you work with BRIO, then download the ImportPolissen csv and the ImportPolissen manual attachments.

The additional file in the attachments are the TeleBIB codes, you will also need this to determine the specific values to fill into three of our mandatory columns. These consist of, domain, policy type and guarantee values.

Please follow the manual and the examples to fill in all the data correctly. Once the file is correctly formatted, we can start to import the policies.

To import your insurance policies, click on the tab 'Policies' and then click on the cloud icon at the top right.

This will trigger a pop-up. Once this model has opened, now drag in the CSV or brio+ file that you set up earlier, select your role and possible involved parties and click on save.

Under the tab 'History', you can check whether the file has been succesfully imported. If yes, you will now see all the policies in Vera.
