7.061 Importing owners and tenants from OpenSyndic

Modified on Thu, 26 Dec, 2024 at 3:36 PM

The export files from OpenSyndic consist of two seperate files. To ease and automate the importing of the co-owners, we've written macros consisting of formulas. Now all that is needed are a few clicks and checks to make sure the correct data is being imported.

Before starting, please download the macro file from the attachment. We will start every import from this file.

Now copy your exports into the workbook. The export 'lijst kavels' goes in workbook A and the export 'lijst eigenaars' goes in workbook Blad1 (Select all -> CTRL + C -> CTRL + V).

Once you have copied in the data, go to the tab 'Developers' (Ontwikkelaars) and click on 'Macro's'.

Click on 'CombinedExport' and 'Run' (Uitvoeren). This will take the matching data from workbook Blad1 and combine it into workbook A.

Before running the next macro, we will now first have to double check the data. Because of the reach of the data being a variable, we have to drag the columns down for the values added from workbook Blad1.

To do this, simply select the column IBAN, Taal, Comm preff and Comm AV and drag down. If there is a row 'Totaal' at the bottom, delete this.

Now navigate to workbook Blad2 and again click on 'Macro's', CombinedImport and 'Run' (Uitvoeren).

If everything went well, your import file should now be ready.

Double check everything and fill in the start owner / start use or simply fill in once and double click the corner to fill in for the whole column.

If there are any excess rows with data at the bottom, please delete these.

Once done, you can now save the current page as a CSV-UTF8 file and import into Vera.
