3.08 Paying purchase invoices

After successfully scanning and validating your invoices (3.07 Validating purchase invoices), you are now ready to pay the accepted purchase invoices.

To begin, click on the tab 'Accepted invoices'.

Before paying an invoice, you'll have to check the status, this will either be set as 'in queue to be booked', 'processing' or 'ready to be paid'. 

To see if any comments have been left on the invoice, click the chatbox icon on the right of the status. Next to this is a pen button, where you have the option to change the bank account and the amount to be paid. If you have added a default bank account, this will be prefilled.  Under these text boxes, there is also a highlighted text button to create a new task.

To pay an invoice, you'll first have to click on the 'Pay' button in the top right. 

After clicking the 'Pay' button, you'll be able to select the invoices you want to pay. You can choose to select invoices one by one, or click the checkbox in the top left to select all invoices that are ready to be paid.

After selecting invoices, the 'Pay invoices' button will now light up and display the amount of invoices you have selected.

You can click on this button to pay the invoices, or click on the button next to it to cancel this request. Once clicked, there'll be a popup with the selected invoices with the following information:

• Name of the HOA
• Invoice number
• Name of the supplier
• Amount to be paid per invoice
• Whether or not there is withholding obligation
• A button with the total amount

Click the 'Export' button to export the invoices. Now the invoice will be visible under the tab Finance -> Payments.
